Education and Prevention Opportunities

For Schools: The Center conducts age appropriate curricula that we use for presentations to high school, middle school, and elementary school students. Each curriculum focuses on educating students about respect, sexual harassment, healthy relationships, and sexual assault.

SACNEGA is proud to announce its Peer Educator Program, which focuses on involving males (as well as females) in understanding and preventing sexual assault. Peer Educator groups will meet regularly to learn information about sexual violence and plan awareness and education campaigns for their respective schools.

 

 

For community organizations and local businesses: Presentations on sexual violence, community response, recognizing and preventing child sexual abuse, and sexual harassment in the workplace are all part of our effort to reach out to our community and educate them about sexual violence.
